The Stewart Family Foundation recognizes that community development maintains and enhances the capabilities of an area. In the past, they’ve contributed by restoring historic homes in the Tyler Hill neighborhood of Anniston. Maintaining historical significance of these homes is a major concern of the outreach. These homes are then shared with the community through events, meetings and guest accommodations.

In 2013, The Stewart family began restoring buildings in the downtown district of Anniston. Revitalizing key locations downtown will help to bring businesses to the area and boost the city’s local economy.
